Ordering Information
Ordering From Catalog:
To place an order with us, please email the following Company Information: Company Name, Name of Your Purchasing Agent, along with your Email Address, Shipping Address, Phone Number, and a copy of your State Tax ID Document or by filling out Sales and Use Tax Blanket Exemption Certificate located on the website.
After the receipt of this information, we will email you the login information to our wholesale website, www.itsyourjourneywholesale.com You may also place your order by calling (419) 433-0888. When calling in your order, use item numbers listed in catalog.
We require no minimum order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. After your first purchase, you may apply for net 30 payment options. Acceptability of net 30 is at the discretion of It’s Your Journey, LLC.
Shipping:
The prices listed do not include shipping charges. All orders are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) unless otherwise arranged. Any item that is out of stock at the time of your order will be shipped as soon as it becomes back in stock. You will be notified by email any items that are out of stock and also when the expected ship date will be.
Tracking numbers are included in the shipping invoice. Orders are shipped to the address used when ordering. For drop ship orders, please email sales@itsyourjourneywholesale.com so we can update the shipping address.
Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive damaged merchandise, Save original shipping box and packing material and notify It’s Your Journey immediately. YOU MUST CALL 419-433-0888 OR EMAIL Nancy@itsyourjourney.com WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING SHIPMENT OR NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.
Return of Merchandise:
Returns of unwanted merchandise must be authorized within 10 days of your invoice date. Items must be returned in original condition with prepaid freight. We will gladly give you a credit for your next order.
